EPH resonance free Hydraulic Vibro Hammer series are developed by our company and Institute of Building Mechanization Beijing Academy of Building Research. This series combine simple design and user-friendliness. Due to vibration frequency and amplitude the hammers enable to significantly reduce or eliminate soil resistance by transferring vibration to sheet, tube or other piles. Precision cast high density eccentric moment combined with a low mass transmission provides the maximum possible pile amplitude. The hydraulic power station minimizes preliminary works due to simple installation and includes a fully-fledged control unit.

The biggest feature of the EPH resonance-free variable frequency and torque hydraulic vibratory pile hammer mechanism is the use of hydraulically controlled eccentric conversion devices to enable the vibratory pile hammer to steplessly adjust the eccentric torque from zero to the designed maximum value during start-up, shutdown and operation. The hydraulic power station is equipped with a variable pump to enable stepless adjustment of the vibration frequency.
EPH resonance-free variable frequency and torque hydraulic vibration pile hammer realizes stepless variable frequency and torque, and is easy to operate, low in noise, and can adapt to the requirements of pile sinking in different soil layers, showing great superiority.

Vibration sinking prefabricated engineering piles (steel pipe piles, concrete piles), cast-in-place pile construction, can also be used for sinking and pulling temporary support (steel pipe, steel plate) piles, and foundation improvement engineering construction, and can be used for drilling and pile planting in conjunction with the double casing method.
