The air with a certain pressure provided by the air compressor drives the piston in the cylinder of the down-the-hole hammer to reciprocate in the axial direction, so that the chisel head at the end of the down-the-hole hammer rotates and produces impact effect, thereby exerting impact on the rock and soil. With crushing and destruction, the slag discharge is realized by the dual methods of gas lift positive circulation and screw conveying, so as to achieve the purpose of forming holes.

Main feature:

1. Double slag discharge method - gas lift positive circulation + spiral blade conveying

On the basis of air-lift positive circulation, the new DTH hammer has added a slag discharge method conveyed by spiral blades. Compared with the traditional DTH hammer drilling rig, it has:

①Under the same operating conditions, the air flow of the air compressor is relatively small, and the construction cost is low;

②The amount of soil slag (or rock slag) discharged from the hole directly through the positive circulation of gas lift is relatively small, and the degree of dust scattering is low, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.

2. It has the function of injecting cement slurry or stabilizing liquid

①Effective protection of the hole wall - due to the injection function of cement slurry or stabilizing fluid, it can effectively prevent the hole wall from collapsing when lifting the drill;

② Realize the synchronous operation of drill lifting and pile end consolidation - due to the injection function of cement slurry, the simultaneous operation of drilling drilling and pile end consolidation is realized, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the need to purchase additional grouting equipment the costs incurred.
